In the summer of 2018 Thomas Schumacher developed a training program together with the known traditional company Aigner (luxury leather goods and fashion) from Munich.
The goal was to train the employees of the Retail and Outlet stores with regard to emotional selling and customer experience optimization.
The seminar series took place from September 2018 to March 2019, in the respective stores.
This Series will be continued in September and October 2019 with a special Customer Experience Workshop format.
