Thomas Schumacher
Co-Founder & Director
An important part of the fashion and lifestyle industry for more than 30 years, Thomas has worked predominantly in the ski and windsurf area in his early years, and was a pioneer in positioning sporty lifestyle brands such as Mistral and Quiksilver in the central European market. In the meantime, he and his team supervise almost 1,000 SIS and Stand Alone Stores within the AGS area each month, and organise about 100 coaching days each year worldwide for well-known international clients with a focus on customer experience.
Tina Schumacher
Co-Founder & Director
Founder of the international model agency East West Models in Frankfurt in 1989, Tina headed one of the very first German agencies in the international model business. Several now known internationally successful models were discovered and trained by her. After selling East West Models in 1995, she became involved in the organisation of large fashion events and shows, now managing over 100 exclusive fashion events each year for known brands.
