General Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibility for managing and communicating with key accounts and freelancers
• Control and follow up of B2B platform reporting
• Monitor and report project progress to the managing directors
• Monitor and drive commercial profitability of projects
• Resource allocation and planning for current and future projects
• Ad-hoc freelancer casting and recruiting across Europe
• Support for client acquisitions/pitches

Ideal qualifications and experiences

• Excellent German and English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Bachelor degree in Management, alike field of study or similar education
• Proven Key Account and/or Project Management experience
• Preferable proven agency experience working across a range of clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
• Able to summarise the status of complex projects simple
• A confident self-starter and motivated self-doer
• A collaborative team player
• Comfortable in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment
• A keen interest in digital technologies and concepts
• Very good Microsoft Office and iWork applications knowledge
• Plus if knowledgable about Adobe Creative Cloud or other creative applications
